We collect only what we need to respond to estimate requests and run the business.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, we store your name, email address, optional phone number, project type, city, and message so we can follow up. Staff review these inquiries in our private portal. Depending on how notifications are configured, a copy may also be emailed to our company mailbox. Portal deletion removes the staff-inbox copy; it does not recall messages already delivered by email. We do not sell this information.
How long we keep it
Messages remain available to authorized staff until they are deleted as part of normal business housekeeping. You can ask us to remove a message by contacting us directly.
